Just some things to think on ..

This post is a little different, if you've been reading my blog since the beginning then I know you'll already have noticed. And yes, this post is definitely different. This is me.

Come to London with me!

So, the reason I haven't blogged for the last couple of days is because I went to visit my best friend in London. She used to live in Brighton and so we'd spend ALL THE TIME together but she's moved to London for Uni so I don't see her very often. We're both trying to write screenplays and get started in our careers, her in acting, me in writing which makes even less time to see each other. We decided to carve out a couple of days since I finished work on Monday for the week and we had a little spree around London, found a super cute Starbucks in Regent Street to write for a bit and had a completely great time. I took a bunch of photos and thought I'd share them with you guys!

So I've seen some desk tours on other blogs and I love reading them and seeing how other people set out their desks and what they have on them so I decided I'd do my own. My desk area is on of my favourite places to be, it's where I can write in peace and do whatever I like and it's like my own little corner of the world. 

Super Simple Skincare

Hello lovelies, I hope you're all having the most beautiful Saturday! 

Now, before I start this properly I think it's important to mention that I am in no means a skincare expert and this routine is definitely not foolproof .. it doesn't include a bucket of fancy products and I am known for being a bit erratic with my skincare .. I change products often or switch something out for something that's been recommended or miss a couple of days completely if my skin is feeling oily or I'm just being lazy .. it happens to us all so no judgement. These are the skin care products I'm using and loving right now and are working well for me, these very well might change as the weather gets colder or if anyone decides to recommend something on this post .. :)

So I was at a bit of a loss as to what to post today, I was going to do a review but I hadn't had the time to plan one so I will put that up tomorrow and today is just a fun little post about the upcoming Christmassy time that is fast approaching! Christmas is one of my favourite times of the year and this year will be even better because my new job means I get 2 weeks off for Christmas and for the past few years I've had about 3 days off max ... so much more time to enjoy things this year! This post is just a few of my most favourite things about Christmas time ...

So, I have now been posting for a whole week! I know it probably doesn't seem like that big of a deal, but I'm so pleased with the blogs progress. I was trying to think of something I could do every week, Wednesday is going to be 'Lush of the Week' but I wanted something for Tuesday too as that was the day I started blogging! So I've decided to do a Weekly Favourites every week on the blog and then at the end of the month I will round it all up in a video on my Youtube Channel! Mini Autumn Makeup Haul | November

Happy Sunday :)

I went on a mini makeup spree this morning because I felt I was severely lacking in Autumn shades, I've wanted a deep purple lipstick for ages and I finally managed to find one I liked! I also got brushes because I always forget about buying them and then all my eyeshadow blends together on the same brush to create a gross brown colour so, brushes, they were necessary!

October Lush Haul | Christmas & Halloween Goodies |

Hello lovelies!

Yesterday was my October Lush Haul where I indulged myself in all their beautiful new Halloween, Christmas and Bonfire Night limited edition goodies! It was a punch in the stomach of my bank account, true, but it was SO worth it for all the wonderful bath yummies I got.

I thought I would prefer the Christmas because I'd heard so many good things but I actually found that after smelling everything (and I mean everything!) I actually loved the Halloween bits, and the Bonfire Night ones are just too cute.

Hi guys!!

So, I've seen a bunch of bloggers doing this on their blogs and I loved the idea so I decided to do my own! I think it's nice a have a bit of personal element to a blog, rather than it all being product reviews and favourite clothing items. All of that is obviously great fun but I think that having little bits and peices on a blog to make it particular to the blogger writing it is important too !

So, autumn and winter are my absolute favourite seasons. I love cosy clothes and big cuddly jumpers and candles and fluffy socks and hats and I think it's so much easier to dress for this weather than in the summer when I just never know what to wear! 

I have a wish list for this season, a (very) long list actually of all the things I've seen and so I thought I'd share some of these with you for a bit of inspiration in case you need some new bits for the autumn or just for you to be nosey about what will be in my wardrobe very soon!
