Creams Ice Cream Parlour | Brighton

Creams took over an old bank building in Brighton a few months ago and has been sweeping the city with ice-cream goodness ever since. I popped in to check out their new menu and definitely wasn't disappointed!

I've visited a Creams before in Kingston so I was really excited when they opened one in my hometown! This week they released their new, revamped and ready-for-summer menu and there is just so much sugary goodness on there it's unreal. They have a huge selection of gelato flavours including Salted Caramel, Chai Latte, Ginger Rush, Snickers, Pistachio, Tutti-Frutti and Nutella & Peanut Butter.

Palm Paradise Sundae

As well as their enormous selection of individual ice-cream flavours they also have one of the most extensive ice-cream sundae menus I've ever seen! Above is a Palm Paradise which is what my nan chose to have - it's banana ice cream, coconut ice cream, mango sorbet with whipped cream, mango sauce and a whole host of strawberries and kiwi hiding in there. It's enormous and it totally beat her, but it looked amazing and the mango sorbet was to die for.

Toffee and Banana Split

This is the newly reimagined Banana and Toffee Split full of dolce latte ice-cream, toffee sauce, fudge cubes, whipped cream and, obviously, banana. Banana Splits are a classic and this one was definitely up to scratch, just enough ice cream and cream and the toffee sauce is a great addition!

This is the perfect time of year to find a new ice-cream haunt and if you're in Brighton then Creams should definitely be on your list! They're open until 11pm on weeknights and midnight on the weekend so there is really no time of day that you can't get your sugar fix! The pretty pink one in the picture above is the special Hello Kitty "flavour" ice-cream, perfect for little girls (and boys, and also big girls) in the summertime!

Belgian White Chocolate Crepe

The whole menu can be found on their website - there is really too much to talk about on here what with their vast range of crepes and waffles, cookie dough and cakes it's something you really have to see for yourself so get down there before the sun goes away again!
