The Rights Room Pop Up Shop | Brighton
7/19/2015
I've been getting to work with some really cool artists over the last few weeks and this is just another great opportunity in Brighton that I wanted to share with you guys.
Come to the ‘It Is What It Is’ Pop up shop and explore the current bill of Human Rights through chatting, writing and sound making. What would you change? What new rights might you add or what rights would you take away? This is your chance to have your say!
There will be two workshops running for young people in the Rights Room at 4.30-6.30pm on Tuesday 21st and Wednesday 22nd of July. You will have the opportunity to work with professional sound and inclusive artists to collaborate on a new bill of rights and soundscape, which will form the exhibition that will run for the rest of the week.
If you think this sounds like something you'd be interested in, book your place now, as space is limited!
Book through BYC on 01273 681368 - Office open 10:30 - 6pm // office@brightonyouthcentre.org.uk or email info@distantanimals.com
I'm going to be down at both workshops taking photos of everything that's going on, it looks like it's going to be a great couple of days!
